Terms & Policies Return / Cancellation Policy Custom Carts Unlimited policies require that all returns, exchanges, and/or refunds be made within 20 days of receipt. Return Merchandise will be made within 7 days of receipt. Return merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization from Custom Carts Unlimited. All returns are subject to return in new condition within 20 days, with a copy of original paperwork. All returns are subject to a restocking and handling fee of 10%. Shipping and handling fees represent a service that has been rendered and WILL NOT be refunded. In-Stock orders will be shipped within 24 hours.
